Sunday we made it out for a nice 2 hour + ride of quiet Wildwood. Nothing too fast or crazy. Just some easy miles. I had thought about going to the Hellbender since I used to ride those roads all the time years before there was a race. But my lack of mileage and intensity made me think I should skip the Hellbender this year. Surprisingly we saw a few cyclist out early Sunday morning when we were out.
After returning home I started to not feel so good. By evening I skipped dinner and tried to go to bed early. I was up all night. Come this morning I bagged the thought of going to work. I decided to sleep from 8AM-3PM. Today was a rest day for the Giro and me.
