Still hurting

Well I went back for round 2 of plymetrics. It was good, and by that I mean I don't hurt any worse today than I did on Thursday. There were a few no shows that were there Monday. Hopefully get out a little spin this afternoon and Saturday for a bit. A friend clued me into a You Tube video, I feel a little better about my SS Cross Nationals performance. If you understand the performance that Jessie put on at Chequamegon on a SS to the rest of the field you appreciate how much of a 1)nice guy and 2) super fast guy he is. Also at the end I know the tandem riders who just lose out 3rd at the finish line. They were riding a SS tandem for that race. Mighty impressive.
