Went out for a nice hot ride Sunday afternoon. Nothing crazy. 2.5 hours of hills and medium pace. Well on the return trip towards Rockwood Reservation a bee decided to sting my knee as I was bombing the hill. At first I didn't know what happened, then I swatted at it and realized what it was and saw the stinger stuck in my knee. Rolled to a safe stopping spot at a driveway and pulled the stinger out. Sprayed some water on it and rolled home. Hope the bee was happy because he gave his life for that one.
Made it to the Army Worlds tonight. Pack fodder sums up the evening there. Pace didn't seem bad and I rolled in with the back of the pack.
