Looks like Rich's hunting incident is all the talk on fisting. Glad he wasn't hurt. I don't think any will have to worry about hitting a deer at the Cross Nationals because it is less than a mile from Cabella's and I don't think a deer would get within ten miles of that place.

At least the Tour of California announced a good route for this year's race.

Cross season has continued to go well, hopefully this week and Queeny I can move up a few more finishing spots. I usually do good a Queeny because there are some short steep hills and typically some fast twisty sections where I can gap some guys.
