It's a girl

Well Sara and I welcomed our little girl to the world on Friday Jan 11th. She is happy and healthy. Thursday I got home from work and road the trainer and it felt like a last chance work out from biggest loser. I enjoyed my 1.5 hours and then we got the call to go to the hospital to induce. 23 hours later we had a little girl. She's pretty sweet and doing fine. We are all home now and I'm taking a few weeks off to help out. Hopefully I can get in some good riding here and there, but I'm not going to push it. Sara is already looking forward to running and biking again.
